For any claim involving a damaged, incorrect, or missing
product, a complete 360° package-opening video
and material-opening video is mandatory. The video should
clearly show the package from all sides before opening and
continue through the complete opening process.
Claims submitted without the required opening video may
not be eligible for review or resolution.
